What is DMSO?<\/h2>

The dimethyl sulfoxide<\/strong>, more commonly known as DMSO<\/strong>, is a colorless organic liquid that comes from wood pulp.<\/p>

It is a universal solvent<\/strong> which can be used together with a large number of substances and in many different situations.<\/p>

How is DMSO used?<\/h2>

DMSO is mixed with other chemicals, such as chlorine dioxide<\/strong><\/a>, to increase the efficiency of potabilization where water quality is very poor, since facilitates the penetration of the chlorine dioxide<\/strong>\u00a0in the biofilm in tanks and pipes, thus allowing it to degrade and achieve optimal results.<\/p>

Combined with the water treatment kit, mix 2 units of DMSO for each unit of sodium chlorite. Combined with CDS, mix 1 unit of DMSO for every 5 units of CDS.<\/p>

The freezing point of pure DMSO is at +18\u00aaC<\/b>. If this happens, wait leaving the container at a temperature above +18\u00baC and if it is urgent, immerse the closed container in warm water for 20 minutes so that it returns to its liquid state. Then store the product indoors, where the temperature is always higher than +18\u00baC. Freezing and thawing does not alter the properties of the product at all.<\/p>

The chlorine dioxide<\/strong> is a chemical compound widely used as a water potabilizer but also as a disinfectant or purifier in a wide range of industrial functions. Dioxvitae is authorized for the use of chlorine dioxide for the potabilization of all types of water, from drinking water for an excursion to large industrial potabilizations. How to prepare chlorine dioxide?<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

Mixing the products following the recommended instructions on the package<\/strong> depending on the quantity of water to be treated and its quality.<\/p>

Wait 30 seconds of reaction and add the mixture to the water. <\/strong>to stabilize the activated solution for maximum efficiency.<\/p>

In case of slightly polluted, odorless and colorless water, apply a dose of 1 drop of chlorite + 1 drop of activator per 5 liters of water to be treated<\/strong>.
