Tissue regenerator based on hydrolyzed collagen type I and II and magnesium.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, being the essential constituent of cartilage, tendons and bones, so we need it on a daily basis.
All the connective tissue of our body and joints is formed by collagen, so its contribution helps us to regenerate its wear and aging, and to maintain in good condition our joints, bones, skin and to be in good shape. To this compound we have added Magnesium which is an element that participates very actively in the formation of all proteins in the body.
Likewise, its additional supply contributes to the normal functioning of muscles. The skin requires collagen for its maintenance and to delay the appearance of wrinkles. To be healthy, hair needs a good supply of collagen. Nails need collagen to be strong and healthy.
Take 6 to 9 tablets a day, divided between breakfast and dinner.
Average content per daily dose of:
- 6 tablets (4.3 g): hydrolyzed collagen 3.6 g, magnesium 169 mg (45% NRV*).
- 9 tablets (6.5 g): hydrolyzed collagen 5.4 g, magnesium 254 mg (68% NRV*).
It is recommended to ingest the tablets together with foods rich in vitamin C.
