What does the CDS manufacturing kit contain?)
- 1 500 ml airtight glass jar with silicone rubber band
- 1 10 ml syringe
- 1 small 100 ml glass beaker
- 1 replacement silicone gasket (silicone gaskets are the most resistant to ClO2)
In addition to the manufacturing kit you will need: a sodium chlorite and activator kit and one of our 250 ml glass containers or in plastic 280 ml
How do I make my CDS?
- The airtight jar is opened and filled with 250 ml of pure double-distilled water.
- Open the syringe by completely removing the piston or plunger (the green part), in order to keep only the cylinder (the transparent part).
- The syringe is filled with 5 ml of activator by plugging the hole of the syringe with the finger and poured into the small beaker.
- Fill the syringe with 5 ml of sodium chlorite by plugging the hole of the syringe with your finger and pour it into the small glass.
- The glass is shaken briefly and quickly introduced into the airtight jar, closing it.
- The set is left in a closet in the house, without light and at room temperature.
- 24 hours later, the jar is opened to remove the glass and the jar is closed again.
- The residue in the beaker is discarded and the process is repeated with 5 ml of chlorite and 5 ml of activator and stored in the cabinet.
- 24 hours later, the jar is opened to remove the glass and discard the residue and the hermetic jar is closed again, but this time it is stored in the refrigerator.
- Once cold, pack it in a suitable packaging for dosage
