USES AND APPLICATIONS OF THE CHLORINE DIOXIDE SOLUTION
CDS is generally used for the disinfection of fruits, vegetables and fruits and vegetables. all types of food, It is a disinfectant that eliminates microbes, heavy metals, pesticide residues and other poisons after treatment, and no toxic residues are left after the process, unlike other disinfectants on the market.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The solution of Chlorine Dioxide (CDS) highly purified is already prepared for food disinfection. Just dilute it in water and treat the food by immersing it in the water or by spraying them.
The product quantity to be used:
- In foods to be stored, where they can be immersed in water such as fruits and vegetables, we will put in a basin between 1 and 5 ml of CDS, for each liter of water. If you triple the maximum dose there is no problem, then evaporate the excess. We leave it to soak for a minimum of 5 minutes and drain. Do not rinse as the process is not finished. Then leave it 20 minutes drained to evaporate the CDS residues.
- In dry foods, which are not going to be submerged, such as nuts, cereals, flours... prepare a spray with 1 ml per 1 liter of water. If the dose is tripled there is no problem. Spread the food and vaporize it stirring it with a wooden fork. Then let it dry and store or consume.
- When the preparation of the food requires cooking with water such as soups, pasta, rice, vegetables, we can apply in the cold water of the saucepan between 1 and 5 ml per 5 liters of water. If by mistake the dose is tripled there is no problem. Put the food inside, wait 5 minutes and cook it. Cooking will quickly evaporate the remains of CDS. Preferably use earthenware pots and pans. If they are used metallic it is recommended first to grease them with oil or grease to lengthen the life of the pot or casserole.
- If it is in a frying pan, griddle, grill... such as meats, fish, vegetables... we can spray the food. before cooking with a spray with 1 ml of CDS in 1 liter of water. If the dose is tripled there is no problem. Leave the food with the treatment for 5 minutes and cook it. Cooking will quickly remove any remaining CDS. Spread with oil or grease the frying pan or griddle to extend its shelf life.
